AI Usage Policy
The Journal of AI-Driven Renewable Energy Systems (JADRES) recognizes the growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in academic research and publishing. The journal permits the limited use of AI-assisted tools, including large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Grammarly, and similar technologies, solely to support language improvement, readability enhancement, coding assistance, or data organization.
Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, validity, and integrity of all submitted content. AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors, as they cannot assume responsibility for the work, approve the final manuscript, or comply with authorship requirements.
Any substantial use of AI-generated or AI-assisted content, including text generation, figures, images, code, or analytical support, must be transparently disclosed within the manuscript, typically in the acknowledgments or methodology section.
The use of AI tools must comply with academic integrity, ethical publishing standards, copyright regulations, and confidentiality requirements. Authors must ensure that AI-generated content does not contain plagiarism, fabricated information, manipulated data, or misleading citations.
Editors and reviewers may use AI-assisted technologies only in ways that preserve confidentiality, impartiality, and the integrity of the peer review process. Manuscripts under review must not be uploaded to public AI systems or platforms that may compromise data confidentiality.
JADRES reserves the right to reject or retract manuscripts containing undisclosed, unethical, misleading, or unreliable AI-generated content.
